Teej is a dynamic motivator and implementer with over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, and personal development. As a speaker, she excels at empowering her audience to overcome obstacles and unlock their top potential. In addition to sales and leadership, she has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, fashion, vocal recording, and media sales.
She began her early career in financial services with a specific interest in wealth management. There, she discovered a passion for helping business professionals achieve financial health and wellness.
As an elite-level sales and leadership coach for Southwestern Consulting, Teej uses her spotlight to motivate, strengthen, and encourage others. She is certified in Team Engagement, as well as Diversity and Inclusion, a few of her leading passions.
